Common questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm the alert. Your user row, sessions, mailbox connections, and every detected subscription are removed from our server in a single transaction, then the app wipes local data and signs you out.

SubScan detected a one-time charge as a subscription.

Swipe the row to delete it. If a vendor consistently ships one-time receipts that SubScan misclassifies, email us the sender address and subject line — parser rules are updated regularly.

SubScan missed a subscription.

Most misses come from vendors that send invoices only as PDF attachments or from mailboxes where the receipt is older than your current scan cursor. Try Settings → Gmail Scan → Rescan from scratch. If it's still missed, email us the sender address.

How do I revoke Gmail access from Google directly?

Open your Google account permissions page, find "SubScan", and click Remove Access. SubScan will stop scanning immediately; your SubScan account remains until you delete it from the app.

Which iOS versions are supported?

iOS 17 and later.
